Definitions: "contributor" is the person who submits digital images to the Village Ladies website "publisher" is the owner of the Village Ladies website.
1. Contributors are invited to submit digital images for consideration by the publisher for display on the members area of the Village Ladies website.
2. All digital images will be considered by the publisher, however those selected will be at the sole discretion of the publisher. The decision is final and no discussion will be entered into.
3. All submissions shall be the sole copyright of the contributor.
4. The contributor shall be responsible for all agreements with persons depicted in the digital images.
5. By submitting the digital images the contributor assigns a licence to the publisher to display the images on the Village Ladies website in perpetuity.
6. Images may be cropped edited or deleted at the sole discretion of the publisher.
7. The contributor will be entitled to one month subscription to the Village Ladies website [the consideration].
